Great Company
I have used LEDhut for all but one of my LED purchases. I changed all 83 bulbs in my house to LED in 2015. They had a 5 year guarantee which was honoured with no fuss when bulbs in one light failed. I am now convinced that the light fixture was at fault rather than the bulb, since the issue occured again in the same fixture. On one occasion I did use a well known DIY shed chain for convenience. I regretted it since that bulb lasted less than 10 weeks. I have been very happy with the service and especially when I needed some specialist advice

Delivery poor, could be quicker
Fairly quick delivery time, which I couldn't see until after check out. I'd hoped it would be with me sooner. Parcel delivered by Evri and left on the doorstep despite my clear instruction as to where to deposit it. I was appalled at their level of service. Because we had gone on holiday that day I had to contact a neighbour to take it in. I suggest you change your courier. Evri can't be contacted which has caused me problems in the past.

The bulbs received were faulty
The bulbs received are poor quality-of the 2 installed so far both are flashing a lot continually.
When I complained via email I heard nothing back but suddenly was informed of a new delivery ( free) of 2 bulbs.
At least this company is trying to help

poor customer service
The order was delayed by 5 days with no reason given for the delay. We had to change things at work daily to wait for the order to then have the delivery date changed again.

Less costs more..
2/3 of the bulbs ordered were a lesser standard than ordered. 45w instead of 60w 500lms Vs 560lms.
Emailed customer support 5 days ago.
Zero response.

Easy ordering, speedy delivery
Online website and order placement was easy. I decided to opt for delivery to a pickup point. The collection code was given when delivery was confirmed, and the goods arrived 2 days before the estimated date. Happy customer.

Short battery shelf life Philips 9v industrial
Purchased 4 types of batteries and 3 of them had long shelf life however the 9v PP3 from Philips had only 7 months on them. When I requested if they could be changed to batteries with longer shelf life I was informed I would have to send them back and would get a refund. So taking into consideration the cost of sending them back for a refund rather than having them replaced just to order another set and pay postage again I decided to keep them.

Excellent customer service!

A LED bulb from last October has just failed (after 9 months). Filled out the web contact form requesting a replacement under guarantee and it arrived 3 working days later. Superb.

If only all companies had the same attitude to customer service.

PS - I notice that several recent reviews have been very negative regardng LED Hut. I'm happy to say that my experience has been very positive (and no, I don't have any connection with LED Hut other than being a very satisfied customer).

Terrible customer service
Terrible service, I bought 40 pounds worth of duralock rechargeable batteries and was sent the wrong cheaper (non-duralock) batteries. I could not get through to them on any phone, and when they eventually replied to my email, they told me to send the batteries back through the post. However the royal mail does not allow this many lithium ion batteries to be sent through the post. After informing them of this I got no help and I am left with the crap batteries.

Excellent guarantee and customer service
One of the 10 GU10 bulbs in our kitchen failed after 18 months. I emailed Led Hut to report the problem and received a response within an hour telling me a replacement would be sent. The bulb arrived within 2 days.
Excellent customer service.

No refund provided
I've used LED Hut several times in the past. But in November I ordered some bulbs which turned out not to right. I returned them but have had no refund. Despite sending multiple emails and trying to call their customer service line, I've not had the refund. I've now raised a dispute via Paypal and won't be using this company again.

I purchased a large number of LED bulbs…
I purchased a large number of LED bulbs a few years ago with a 10 year guarantee 3 have already stopped working. Impossible to talk to them on the phone never answer. E mails are ignored dreadful company. They initially said on an e mail November 2021 I have to provide all order numbers and at my cost send them by post. The bulbs have their name on! They are lumi life complete rubbish. Since December no one responds to e mails or answers the phone!

I bought about 30 bulbs 5 years ago. Some went faulty after a couple of years which they replaced very quickly and i was very pleased. Now my 5 years were nearly up i wanted to report the final 4 that went faulty but no answer on the phone for 4 weeks and no reply to my email sent 3 weeks ago. I now resorted to leave a message on their website. Its a shame because i would have bought more from them again but its not looking good and i cant recommend based on this. Looks like everyone is having the same problem
